Unpublished Papers

This page contains a number of papers I wrote during my Ph.D. courses at George Mason. While none of these papers has been published, I offer them up in case any of the information contained in them is helpful to anyone who happens to browse this web site. Since these were written with public funding support, they should be made generally available. The web provides a good method of opening them up to the public.
