Simulation Model for the DSR MANET Routing Protocol

This model for the Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) protocol for mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) was developed by Xavier Pallot, Nicolas Roux, and Jean-Sebastien Pegon.  It runs under the commercially available OPNET communications system simulation software, version 7, and was developed at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to facilitate the development and evaluation of multihop wireless networks.  This product is intended to provide a tool for researchers and designers who need to conduct OPNET simulations of MANETs. The routing protocol on which this simulation model is based is an Internet Draft (version 4). The latest Internet draft (version 7) is documented on the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) MANET web page.
