Tiejun Chang

Dr. Tiejun Chang, received his Ph.D in Physics, from the Institute of Applied and Theoretical Optics, Orsay, France, in 1999. During his Ph.D. research, he worked on experimental investigation of squeezing state generation and quantum noise reduction using semiconductor lasers. After graduation, he joined Spectrum Lab at Montana State University as a research scientist and his research includes RF signal processing and quantum computing using rare earth doped crystal. In the mean time, he earned his master degree in Computer Science at Montana State University. He has extensive experience on theoretical analysis and experimental investigation for light-matter interactions, semiconductor lasers, and optical waveguide devices. In the end of 2005, he joined AdvR Inc. at Bozeman Montana, where he worked on entangled photon source development for quantum information application. Started at October 2007, he worked at NIST quantum information networking group. Dr. Chang has more than 50 journal and conference publications and 4 US patents.
